Our Almond Coconut Fudge is a fiber and protein blast in one; not only heartier, but holds your appetite longer, than empty carbs and provides high amount of fibre to feel full. DEAR DELICIOUS RECIPE – ALMOND COCONUT FUDGE (preparation time maximum 5 minutes)
300gramm of almond butter
1tbsp cinnamon
1/2tbsp vanilla (preferably not essence!)
2tbsp coconut butter
1tsp grated fresh young ginger
1tbsp honey or brown rice mollasses
1 pinch of unrefined himalayan pink salt or probiotic salt
Method:
1.Place all ingredients in high power blender with an S blade and blend it for a couple of minutes.
2.If you are a chocolate lover you could try to add extra 3tbsp of raw cocoa powder before you add the molasses and coconut oil.
3.As a bonus for this versatile fudge you can have this batter handy to make delicious lunch box bliss balls of your own! Use your imagination and try to to mix to the fudge; buckinis, tulsi powder, acai, chia, orange zest and could be easily formed into nice balls (suggest to use a bit of water on your hands before you roll them), keep them in a fridge. NOTE! The fudge will harden in the fridge, or keep it in a glass jar in your pantry will remain the same consistency.
