As a digestive health counselor, an Ayurvedic nutritional coach, a pancakarma therapist and ritual artist I address a full spectrum of disorders, chronic illness, mental imbalances, female life cycle changes and diseases of unknown origins, and life transitions.
Just mitigating ailments doesn’t create lasting change. The most overlooked element of my digestive health counseling is peeling back YOUR STORY, that influences the significant type of information that no lab value could ever expose.

Approachable Advanced Digestive Therapy combined with the wisdom of Vedic and Folk Medicine to create a focused experience that is personalised, life-changing, and brings you results.

Your first approach personalised care will include through the first 3 months;
- 3 times 1.5 hrs consult through Skype or in person.

Private Families Care
As we had a “fortunate” experience dealing with 18 allergies at the same time with our first born Son from the age of 3 we sense the lack of support and solution based comfort. Overwhelming or underwhelming does not reflect the level of isolation and paralysed emotions we felt during that challenging time. I recall first I was numb then teary that totally empowered me to be resilient and calm.
It is to move forward and find peace for healing for families.
This 12 month online and onsite program was born from a captivating concept into a full spectrum of subjects from nutrition to whole body release.
Familes Care includes for all members of the family:
- 4 times 1.5 hrs consult through Skype or in person. Initial consulatation will take up to 3 hours!

ALL SESSIONS
Sessions will be either at my home studio, on Cammeraygal sacred land in Sydney or in Bondi at the Pavilion. For families I do appreciate the task and complexity so our approach is personalised most likely best to do with both parents present. Please be in touch prior so we can have a chat about it.
I also offer this work via distance sessions over the phone or skype.
